Perspective Advisors, LLC is a retained boutique executive search firm. We do not handle any contingency search assignments, but we do provide executive coaching and general business consulting services.

Perspective differentiates itself from the typical search firm by the many years of hands-on business operating experience of its principal, Duff Young. Duff has served as a CEO, COO, corporate officer and director of a variety of public and private manufacturing businesses ranging in size from $60 million to $4 billion in revenues.

In addition, Perspective utilizes other senior executives with specific functional experience in many of its searches, providing an added level of functional and/or industry experience during the research and initial interview phases.

Perspective does not specialize in one function or industry, but we do offer the greatest level of experience for manufacturing companies. We have conducted searches in every functional area...sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources and finance. We also offer significant experience and insight to companies who sell their products through traditional distribution and/or big-box retailers. Our hands-on experience with portfolio companies of private equity firms is another area of strength. We accept assignments for positions with a base salary of $100,000 or higher.
